Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or building management
  • Report missing packages within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Damaged packages should be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
  • Contact customer service immediately if you need to modify your shipping address

Shipping Insurance

  • All orders are automatically insured up to $100
  • Orders over $100 include full insurance coverage
  • Insurance covers lost or damaged packages during transit
