Someone must be available to sign for express and overnight shipments. Standard shipments can be left at the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or building management
- Report missing packages within 30 days of the delivery date
- Damaged packages should be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
Address Changes
- Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address

- Orders over $100 include full insurance coverage
