30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
Items Eligible for Return:
- Hoodies in original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn items with no signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Items in original packaging (if applicable)
- Standard size hoodies (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL)
- Custom color variations (subject to inspection)
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Personalized or custom-embroidered hoodies
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear
- Hoodies washed or altered in any way
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items without proof of purchase
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return your Yellow Spider Hoodie:
Contact Us
Email our customer service team at support@yellowspiderhoodie.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label within 24 hours.
Package Your Item
Pack your hoodie securely with all original tags and materials. Include the RMA number in the package.
Ship It Back
Use our prepaid return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Refund Information
Processing Time:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Refund Methods:
- Original Payment Method: Full refund to the card or account used for purchase
- Store Credit: Instant credit for future purchases (110% of original value)
- PayPal: Direct refund to PayPal account if used for original purchase
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is FREE when using our prepaid labels. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for:
- Size exchanges: Different size of the same hoodie style
- Color exchanges: Different color of the same hoodie style
- Defective items: Replacement of damaged or defective products
Exchange Process:
Follow the same return process above, but specify "Exchange" in your initial email. We'll send your replacement item as soon as we receive and inspect your return.
Fast Exchange Program
For size exchanges, we can send your new size immediately and you have 14 days to return the original item. Available for customers with previous successful orders.
Special Circumstances
Defective or Damaged Items:
- Report defects within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the defect with your return request
- Full refund including original shipping costs
- Priority processing (24-48 hours)
Wrong Item Received:
- We'll send the correct item immediately at no charge
- Full refund of return shipping costs
- Keep the wrong item as compensation (if value is under $25)
International Returns:
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Use trackable shipping method
- Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable
- Extended 45-day return window for international orders
Refusal of Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:
- Items returned without prior authorization (RMA number)
- Products returned outside the 30-day window
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Hoodies with removed or damaged tags
- Returns that don't match our return policy guidelines
If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be processed.
